Internet - Direct controlled websites which patients have access to without the need to enter search information and tailored to age demographic. This service gives direct controlled web sites that Patients can have access to without the need to entering search information

• Can be used for a quick snapshot of preferred sites based on age demographic.
• Locking out of sites children should not have access to.
• Approved Site specific web sites
• Instructional/educational web sites can be listed here.

This service is based on App’s that are available for Android on the open market.

• AGE appropriate Games can be categorised
• AGE appropriate Educational Medical approved games can be included
• Games can be available/not available based on AGE demographic

This service is controlled by the back end Content Management System and can be used in multiple ways:

• an optional Survey as shown in the GUI within this document where:
  The Patient/Family/Guardian has an option to select this and fill in a survey about their stay
• A pop-up survey this is not compulsory, but does come up in front of whatever the client/patient is operating at that particular time.
  These a patient can select to ignore, or enter data.
• A compulsory survey which pops up in front of the GUI which the patient/client MUST enter data to clear the pop-up.
• This method is also used when RFID is used for room cleaning.
  A version of a survey pops up for the cleaning staff to enter details.

This service is available for both free to Air TV channels as well as Pay TV.

• Solution supports many different IPTV servers.
• All free to air TV channels depending on reception are available through an Antenna Head end.
• MultiMed Solution is able to provide a standard IPTV server to support up to 16 Grouped IPTV streams.
• This is enough to support the current full range of free to air TV channels as well as upto 11 additional internal channels
• This service can be controlled/accessed through billing to enable/disable this service depending on each site’s needs.

This service is only shown on the front GUI if user name and password is to be entered manually by staff wanting to access patient/clinical information. As a Patient there will be no access to this service.

• service is removed from the front GUI if the connection method is to be RFID.
• In a TV STB operation mode this option is not available
• Staff wave RFID tag on back of system, or through smart card interface to access this service.
• No information is then left on the client unit on disconnection.

This service has many option connections. It can be used for:

• Video On Demand Service
  
• Connections to an existing/3rd Party VOD service.
• Training/Educational Videos

These films can be added to the system to enhance, or provide patient information/training/rehabilitation. Can be used to provide corporate information videos on the site

This service is used to view live information about the Patient account activity.

• This can be used to show services currently available and time period set
• Current Bill to be paid. Example Pay TV service, Patient Meals Ordering System.

This service requires details of the connection to either the PMS client registration and/or Patient registration systems.

This service provides information about the Ward/Bed/Room location you as a Patient are in:

It can be:

• Picture of a map showing location of the building/Ward/Bed/Room you are in
• Web site link to Google Maps showing current location
• Way finder information service within the building
